
Here’s the transformation of my best friend Mohamed Ališ we have been friends for 6yrs. He is one of my part, like a flesh when I was trying to win life. He was with me in every situation when i went for the bodybuilding, powerlifting competition he came with me . Success or failure he was always with me and motivates mešŖš»That’s a big story lemme finish this simply. We enjoyed our college lifeā£ļø After finishing our college days we haven’t enough communication. One day we met and talked to transform himself after that We started with Proper diet and workout after 30days he lost more fat and we planned to start weight training and correcting exercise forms because most of his exercises lack ROM and ego lifting and then we work upon load and all.
He was doing workouts from years and basically he’s a powerlifter šš»āāļø he won all india university medalš„ in our college days, ofcourse I used that plus point very well.
If we talk about weight, he was 126kgs when we started in October ‘2021 and he is around 126kgsš„ after 78days i came to 91kg𤩠lost 35kg and build musclešŖš» his totally in a different condition. He is a non-vegetarian and fish, egg, chicken, and Soya Chunks was the only things for our protein requirements.
(I mentioned SOYA CHUNKS here just to give you one more example, you won’t get man boobs or anything else š¤š)
Like I always say, PATIENCE in the only thing that’ll make you stand different from others if you’re a Natty.
No shortcuts or supplements can help you if you lack the basics(recovery, hardwork, nutrition and proper workout programming).
